Norman Graeve Ph.C MRCSA, Director

Norman GraeveEducated at Wesley College in Victoria, graduating as a Pharmaceutical Chemist, Norman owned his own retail pharmacy for 7 years. Following the sale of the pharmacy he started his own company supplying pharmacy and general retail, importing and manufacturing. Norman has been involved in both private and public companies, principally in the retail sector, where he has advised on sales training, product promotion and administration. He has established sales teams, devised training and promotional programs, and is currently acting as a senior consultant to several government and semi-government bodies.

Norman is a member of the NSW Council of the RCSA

Michele Graeve, Director & Administration Manager

Michele GraeveMichele has over 25 years business experience and was a Director of a national importer and wholesaler selling to the retail pharmacy and department store sector. She then started her own employment agency specialising in the domestic/childcare area. Michele is in charge of the administration & accounting systems for Repforce.

Robert Goldrick, Senior Recruitment Consultant

Robert began his career as a Junior Officer in the Royal Australian Navy where he learnt that respect and discipline were important in building and developing long-term relationships and trust. Leaving the Navy to pursue a career in tourism, Robert managed a range of businesses which included water sports, sightseeing and cruises in Northern Queensland. During this time he bought a clothing manufacture/wholesale/retail business targeting the resort/casual wear market.

Returning to his homeland NSW after fourteen years, Robert relocated the clothing business to the NSW Central Coast while also managing a 50 foot charter ketch on Sydney Harbour and training long term unemployed in customer service and personal development skills.

Seeking a new challenge, Robert took on a Business Development Manager the healthcare services arena. Having acheived great success Robert was offered the challenge of taking on a Corporate Partnerships Manager role responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with corporate supporters, managing and marketing a ground breaking injury prevention program across Australia and New Zealand. His target markets were predominantly construction, manufacturing, mining and transport.

For over twenty-five years Robert has been successful in the recruitment, training, management and mentoring of staff accross multiple industries. He looks forward to partnering with you to source the best people for your business now and into the future.
