History

Repforce International was formed in 1996 from an idea and the experiences of Norman and Michele Graeve.

From an experience in domestic employment agencies they decided to form Repforce International — an employment agency that would serve small, medium and large enterprises in the sales and marketing sector.

They opened their doors to business in July 1997 in Bryson Street, Chatswood and the first consultants joined the Repforce Team in 1998.

From this small beginning Norman and Michele have built the business through a strict policy of fair pricing, real ethics and personal involvement with clients and candidates.

In recent years Repforce International has moved to its own premises in Chatswood, appointed more than 10 consultants, and expanded its portfolio to include office administration and temp placements.

In 2008 Repforce International changed its name to Repforce Plus to signal the next step. Repforce Plus is now a total recruitment company, still with same values and ethics, and with specialist consultants.

The Repforce Plus mission is:

  • to provide the best possible recruitment service at a reasonable cost to all clients with consideration given to small and medium enterprises,
  • to ensure that all Repforce Plus consultants practise their profession with all due care to both clients and candidates.

The Repforce Plus Vision Statement is:

  • to be the best, most ethical supplier of all recruitment solutions and needs, throughout Australia to all organisations, professions and industries.
