Headhunting is the art of finding a candidate who is happy, contented, performing well in their existing job and not looking for a new one. Amongst the many people who fit into this category are a high percentage of top performers. Headhunting allows us to access these people discretely, without tarnishing the reputation of your organisation.

It is particularly useful in situations where you need to find a high level, high performer for a crucial position within your organisation. Or if you would like to approach a particular candidate who is currently working in the industry or in a related field.

Should a client wish Repforce Plus to headhunt for a particular candidate or should an assignment be particularly difficult and precise, a small upfront fee may be required, with ongoing fee payments as the process evolves. This can be a delicate process and can sometimes take some time to conclude, with Repforce Plus incurring expenses until matters can be finalised.
